Shipping Information

In order to have your order shipped overnight your order must be placed bynoon Eastern time (If you need a product overnight and it is after noon please call us...Many times we can get products out later in the day for overnight delivery).. Not all products are available for overnight shipping.

Please see product descriptions for products that may not be shipped overnight.

All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx.Shipping is Monday - Friday.

Return Policy

Since we are in the parking lot & fields every weekend using our products, we stand behind everything we sell 100%. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Returns must be in their original carton or packaging and in new condition. Please notify us immediately if a product is damaged so that we may take appropriate action for you! All custom ordered items (custom shelters, colored sidewalls) have a 25% restocking fee - please contact us to find out if your item is a custom order.

Please don't wait until next season to open your products! Please open all products and check for damages upon receipt!
